Senior Cashier/Accounts Manager
Gorvins Residential LLP is a thriving, exciting, fast-growing residential conveyancing business. The business is expanding rapidly and is now looking to appoint a Senior Cashier /Accounts Manager to provide appropriate robust accounting checks, balances and procedures in support of the growth.
You will be an experienced cashier, who can demonstrate effectiveness in managing, developing and leading by example a team of six accounts staff. You will be passionate about accuracy and attention to detail and committed to meeting tight deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and have experience of volume residential conveyancing on Proclaim is essential. Managing an accounts team and overseeing and assisting with Payroll and VAT Returns, bank and control account reconciliations and preparation of month/year-end accounts is a pre-requisite.

We are looking to bolster our post-completion team who support our expanding residential conveyancing team. This may appeal to law graduates who are looking to get their first post in a law firm whilst they obtain their LPC or someone who is currently working in a post-completion role and looking to develop their career within a bigger firm undertaking a wider range of post-completion tasks and processes. Post Completion Administrators
We are looking to appoint two post-completion administrators to our growing team. Applicants are not required to have any legal knowledge as training will be provided however candidates will be required to demonstrate good organisational skills; attention to detail and an ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with third parties. Post-Completions Case Managers
Have you got an eye for detail? Can you spot typographical errors and fix them? Then this is the job for you. Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of 6 months post-completion experience however university graduates with a 2.1 in a non-law degree will be considered and training provided for candidates who are looking to develop a long term career in the legal arena.
